My name is Courtney Vasquez. Im 15 years old.
And im just trying to deal with Robbie and Charlie not being around, not being here for birthdays, holidays, any of that.

Describe the positive impact the Marine Corps has made on you.

They showed me how proud you can be of someone, without knowing them.

What makes you proud of the United States Marine Corps?

That they are fighting for a lot of people, without knowing a whole lot of them.

What is a piece of advice you have for recruits, new Marines, or members of the Marine Corps family?

To never give up. No matter what happens, No matter how hard it gets, No matter how much yall want to break down and just give up. Dont stay strong. No matter if you are a Marine. A parent. A family member. A friend. Dont give up.
