Bio
My name is Kelly M. Candelario and I am 23 years old. My husband Eric left for bootcamp on April 23, 2012 and will graduate on July 20, 2012. Bootcamp has been very tough for both of us since we were recently married on March 3, 2012 and have been together since freshmen year in high school. We are high school sweethearts, best friends and soul mates. Separation is really the only down side we have about the Marines. We both have been feeling the weight on our shoulders, but I am always positive in my letter. July is almost HERE!!!Advice
Describe the positive impact the Marine Corps has made on you.
My husband was already a great man when he left to bootcamp, but i have noticed now he is more independent. He is a proud Marine!
What makes you proud of the United States Marine Corps?
I am proud my husband is part of the United States Marine Corps. The few, the proud, the Marines.
What is a piece of advice you have for recruits, new Marines, or members of the Marine Corps family?
Stay strong. Keep your Marine motivated. They need your support. Stay positive in your letters!
