My youngest son decided he wanted to join the Marines when he was junior in highschool. He joined the delayed entry program in September and his shipout date is August 8th. He worked so hard to get prepared for his new journey.

My boyfriend, Rct Rivera, graduates from basic on February 11th. Less than four weeks to go!! It seems like he just left yesterday, which is a very great feeling! I am so excited to watch him graduate.

Hard time dealing with son leaving
I know this might sound strange but I am having a hard time dealing with the fact that my son is scheduled to leave for boot camp on July 8 2013.
