She is so very upset. This is a boy she has loved for the last 5 years, but they have only been dating since she turned 16. ( He waited for her). He leaves 8/21. Any advice on keeping her sane and happy? What can I do for his family? And what should I give him. He is allowed very little to take as I recall. Thanks for all your help!

Have her keep a journal can give it to him when he graduates boot camp this will keep her mind bussy and when he reads it they will be a lot closer.
My fiance did this for me when I was in boot camp and it made me realize that the famillies also go through emotional despair when a person leaves join the military and it also makes graduation day that much more exciting.
