Everyone I know says our relationship is just like the Dear John movie the only difference I will NEVER send him a Dear John letter! But him and I randomly met threw a friend one night and he was just well more then I ever could have asked for! We started to hangout every single day! I learned he was in the United States Marine Corps and didn't know what to think.. He was only on leave.. But as we spent time together and I met his family I soon learned no distance could ever matter because I love this man. So we decided to stay in a relationship.
Sounds crazy because I only knew him for 2 weeks but sometimes you just know when you have found The One. I am so proud of him! We have been together for 3 months now.. and I couldn't be happier. Even though he is over 7,000 miles away I talk to him on Skype when I can :) We are getting married February 2013!! Then I will move on base with him. I am very excited and can not wait to meet alll the other Spouses. I will write more as time goes on. I love him very much and am so Proud!

it's some what similar to my story with my boyfriend!
when my boyfriend and i met, we had this instant 'click', i was dating a guy at the time ( me and that guy only lasted 3 weeks because I just didn't feel strong for him and I knew who I wanted to be with). We can't help who we fall for. My boyfriend asked me out 3 weeks before he left to boot camp. He already have told me I was the one for him and that's why he never gave up on me. I fell in love with him in just a few days, because I had liked him a lot before. Before he left for boot camp he asked me if would want to get married after I turn 18, and I said yes :)
I love him so much, and like you said, sometimes you know when you found the one! :)
