My oldest graduates from Boot Camp 1/7/11. He is in Echo Company 2nd RTBN PLT 2004. I am not able to attend. I just hope he knows how proud I am of him. I wish there was a way I could contact him. I can't wait to see him when he comes home for leave. I Love You Nick, Love Mom

Hopefully your son is home now. I often wonder about those who cannot attend the graduation... trust me, not everyone can; however your son knows how proud you are of him. Although graduations are a lot of fun they are also wrought with emotion... since you are unable to attend the only difference is the location.. the emotion of seeing him in his uniform will make the moment you see him.. feel as if you were there. You sound like a great Mom.. and it is wonderful that you are using this site. Trust me... being there or not being there does not indicate how proud you are. Thank you, Lori for being such a supportive Mom...
