Are there enough words???

My Marine is in his 10th week. I think abouth him constantly. When he first became a teenager and driving I don't remember thinking of him as much as I do right now. I am so proud of him. I am wearing out the paper he writes letters to me. I carry so much pride in my heart that sometimes I literally feel like I am going to explode. His dad, sister, brother and grandparents have booked our flights and billeting and all I can say is that December 15 is not going to come fast enough. His graduation is the 17th. I pray for him diligently. Him being home for Christmas is the best gift I could ever receive. I LOVE MY MARINE!!!!!

You're so lucky to have him home for Christmas! Our son left for boot camp Monday (12/13) and will be spending the holidays in boot camp. I wonder if they do anything special (nice-special, that is!) for the recruits on Christmas Day?
