My son is at PI. 1st Bn Bravo Co. He is now in Phase III and the countdown for us begins until I get to hug him. 22 Days!!! We are so proud of him and all that he has accomplished in boot camp. He is motivated and positive. I receive a letter every Thursday. Today was letter day. His platoon won the Commanding Officer’s inspection and were rewarded with watching a movie. Ahhhh, the lap of luxury for them. To all parents who are starting the boot camp graduation countdown...stay positive and focused. Be proud of the path your child has taken.

I was just wondering when your son will graduate. I have a son who will graduate on Oct 8. And it sounds like your son will be graduating about that same time. So good luck and congratulations to you and your family. I know you are proud him.
