On 9/11 and in the 5th grade my son Justin said, Hell no they did not just do that to my country. I want to join the Marines. Well here we are today. My son left for MCRD on August 30, 2010. I never thought it would really happen. While watching him say his oath I was so proud of him but I don't think I have ever been more frightened. I am proud of the path he has chosen, but as a Mom it is not easy... I cannot wait to get our first letter.
