day one

Ummm, I've never done this before so I'm not really sure how. so here it goes. Today, August 23, 2010, is my boyfriend and I's two year anniversary. It is also the day that he left for Marine boot camp. He has been sent to San Diego and we have been called and told that he has made it there and is doing okay. The past two years we hardly ever went a day without seeing each other. I love him so much. We are both 18 years old right now which is young but that is okay. I am really proud of him but I miss him so much. I want to see him and hold him and just be with him and I know that I can't. I love him so much but I know this is what he wants to do and he is making everyone so proud. Everything is so hard. And I want it to get easier. He will be an awesome Marine I know that. but it is still hard. I love you Chase.

thanks to both of you for your comments... Chase actually just got home on Friday night on November 19. It is the most amazing feeling ever him being home. I actually wrote him over 70 letters while he was in boot camp and he did really good in boot camp. He makes me so proud. everything was hard I will not lie but it is all worth it to see him smile the way he does. I am 19 now and he is still 18 so we are still really young but I don't even care anymore. I know and always have known that this is real and what we share is real. Keep your heads up girls. When your guys come home everything will be worth it. I wouldn't change this life for any other... in this life I''m with Chase and that is all that matters. I love him so much and he means everything to me. I can't wait until he puts that ring on my finger and we both know that we want it some day. For me and Chase the hard part is over but there is still going to be a lot of time apart but I'm willing to do that to spend the little time I do get with the one guy I am so ridiculously in love with. Yhe last three months have been really hard and I def cried A LOT, but seeing him last Thursday and getting to hug him was amazing. Seeing his face every morning when i wake up now and every night before I fall asleep makes all of this worth it. I will always be proud to say that my boyfriend is a United States Marine! Stay strong girls and if you ever wanna talk I'll check this a lot more often now =)) i just didn't know anyone had posted anything on here. But it is def worth it to see them after that three long months. Being with him now is the most amazing feeling ever honestly... I hope you both get this feeling too really soon =))
