Crucible Tomorrow

 

My son left for training at Parris Island at the end of November. We have received letters from him, which have all said that things have been great. He leaves tomorrow for the Crucible, which I understand is horrendous.

My Marine

 

My son Brandon left for boot camp (San Diego) on 02/14/2011. We are so proud of the decision he has made to serve our great country! But feel so empty that he is gone for these 13 weeks without communication. Right now it feels like an eternity.

Swear In

 

I went to MEPS yesterday and watched and video recorded of my daughter swearing in. I am so glad I was able to be there is it was awsome!! It made me feel so much better seeing her and how happy she was.

Boot Camp

 

Our son Jacob left for boot camp in San Diego today 2/14/2011. Of course we are excited for him. He has worked hard for this day getting in physical shape. He will be an awesome Marine. He is passionate about what he is doing.

Marine Nephew

 

My nephew is a Marines in Japan now. I could not be prouder as a uncle for him. He has learned and done so much. I just met him for the first time in December of 2010 at Christmas while he was home on leave what a fine gentlemen he is turned out to be.

Daughter Left Today 2/14/11

 

My daughter left for boot camp today. I will miss her so much, I tried not to cry in front of her but it was hard. I love you Des. See you May 13 in SC for family day and graduation. I am so proud of her and I can't believe she actually did it.

Many Thanks to my New Extended Family
